Issue with D365 Sales and BC Integration

I'm trying to sync the following records from D365 to BC. However, I'm encountering the following issues,
  1. ITEM UOM - The UOMs are not getting synced to BC.
    • No errors
  2. ITEM-PRODUCT - Not syncing to BC due to an error.
    • The data could not be updated because of the following error: Default Unit {9C888885-88B4-F888-BBD2-6888BDC28E8F} must be coupled to a Dynamics 365 Sales record.
  3. SALESORDER - ORDER - Not syncing to BC.
    • No errors.
  4. UNIT GROUP - Not syncing to BC.
    • No errors.
A brief overview on what I did,
  • I setup the integration between BC and D365 Sales using the Assisted Setup.
  • I've updated the Mappings and Couplings.
  • Ownership is set to Person (Salespeople are coupled)
  • Updated the Direction of the Mappings to FromIntegrationTable (As we need to get the data from D365 Sales)
I'm new with Business Central and I'm not sure what to do to complete this integration setup. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

Additional info:
Here's my current setup for each of those tables.

I also tried running the JOB QUEUE for each of these tables one by one. But there's no record that got sync from D365 Sales to BC.

You need to verify the settings done for Synchronization as you are not getting any error

    You should have sufficient permissions

This is note shared for UOM

    There are synchronization Rules

    please verify the below link

    Hello,

Your integration issues stem from missing couplings and incomplete mappings between Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central.

Specifically, the error for ITEM-PRODUCT indicates that the product’s default unit in D365 must be coupled to a corresponding Unit of Measure in BC, while UOMs and Unit Groups are not syncing likely because their mappings or couplings are missing.

Sales Orders also fail without errors, which usually points to uncoupled related records like customers or salespeople.

To resolve this, review Integration Table Mappings, ensure all key entities (Products, UOMs, Sales Orders, Customers, Salespeople) are correctly mapped with direction set to From Integration Table, and establish couplings for Units of Measure and related records before running a full synchronization.

    Hello,

Your Dataverse → BC sync fails because required couplings are missing.
You must sync and couple tables in the correct order:
    Unit Group
    UOM
    Product → Item
    Sales Order
    The error
    “Default Unit must be coupled…”
means the product’s UOM isn’t coupled yet — so items and orders cannot sync.
Fix the UOM + Unit Group first, then the rest will sync normally.

Hi guys, thanks for you support. I think I found the issue why my records in CRM is not being processed by BC. I have these "Synch. Only Coupled Records" enabled. Can you confirm if my understanding is correct?

However, when I tried running full sync for the UNIT GROUP, I'm getting this error. Which confuses me, because it's referring to the Item table in BC... Do I need to create an Item with same name "DEFAULT UNIT".

Then, for the ITEM UOM, I'm getting this error now. I have Two (2) Units from D365 Sales and I have created 2 UOM in BC with same (BC)Code=(CRM)Unit Name. I'm not sure what's this Item No. with blank value.

Hi guys, can you advice if I'm doing this correctly? I'm able to sync a Unit Group. However, I had to created two items in BC before it synced.

    Items I manually created,

Created this coupled one, but now obviously, I have two Unit Groups that were created from the items I added. Also, I'm confused about the following,
    1. Why do I need to create items to sync this Unit Group?
    2. Why is the Code and Item Description empty, do I need to populate those?
    3. Should I now delete the items I created, or do I need to keep them in BC?
    4. Why is the Item No.'s value is "Primary Unit", while, when i navigate to D365 Sales, the Name of the Unit Group is "Default Unit"
