Fail to install Dynamics 365 Sales insights

I have installed Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise but I what to enable address suggestions etc so I tried to add Sales Insights. That app is in status 'unconfigured' but when I try to 'Mange' to install it, the page is redirected to a non working url.
How do I get Sales Insights installed?

    If Dynamics 365 Sales Insights shows Status = Unconfigured and clicking Manage redirects to a broken URL, it usually means one of the following:
    • the Sales Insights solution is not installed
    • the Sales Insights license is not assigned
    • the environment is not enabled for the feature
    • the setup page link is outdated
    Below are the recommended steps to install and configure it properly.
     
    Verify Licensing First (Most Common Cause)
    Sales Insights requires a separate license or trial in addition to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise.
    Check in Microsoft 365 Admin Center:
    • Billing → Licenses
    Look for:
    Dynamics 365 Sales Insights
    If not assigned:
    • Assign it to your user
    • Wait 10–15 minutes
    • Reopen Dynamics
    Install Sales Insights from the Power Platform Admin Center
    Instead of using the broken link, install the solution manually.
    Go to:
    • Power Platform Admin Center
    • Steps:
    • Environments
      •  â†’ Select your environment
      •  â†’ Dynamics 365 Apps
    • Find:
      • Sales Insights
    • Click:
      • Install
    This will install the required solutions.
    Enable Sales Insights Features
    After installation:
    • Open Dynamics 365 Sales Hub
    • Navigate to:
    • App Settings
      •  â†’ Sales Insights Settings
    • Enable features such as:
      • Address suggestions
      • Email engagement
      • Conversation intelligence
      • Assistant
