Item Revaluation Journal rollup from Standard Cost Worksheet

We use Locations and Dimensions (Divisions) -- A specific location is tied to a specific Dimension -- for example Location A is always Dimension 1, Location B is always Division 2. When we Implement Standard Cost changes the Item Revaluation Journal is populated; however, it is not broken out by division or location. For example: If we implement the standard cost change for Item XYZ and that item has 20 open items in Location A and 30 open items in Location B, the Item Revaluation Journal will not separate them into two lines. It forces the user to select a single Dimension (Division) to post that revaluation to. How can I revalue to each Dimension (Division) accurately? Is it as simple as Filtering on "Division" when setting up the Standard Cost Worksheet? If the answer to that is YES, then that just means 2x the work doing the Standard Cost Worksheet. And what if you have 10 or more divisions!

Item Revaluation Journal rollup from Standard Cost Worksheet

As far as I know, this cannot be done in the standard way. You can split it outside the system, then import it through the Configuration Package and then post it.

If you want to do automatic or manual splitting within BC, this requires customization.
