Add Item Marketing Text to Released Production Order

Hello. Is there a way to carry over Marketing Text from an Item Card to a Released Production Order (but be editable on the released production order)?
 
If it is not possible to carry over the Marketing Text, is there a way to add a comment field with formatting properties to the Item Card that can be carried over to the Released Production Order? 
 
Any suggestions and guidance for customization will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
