Have you checked the settings or the production route, and checked if a resource is scheduled? If you need help, please provide more information so we know your setup and scenario.

    Hi

    Thank you for your reply,

    Y
es, both settings are activated. This issue is happening only for a particular user. We are able to post the journal from other user accounts without any problem. We have also checked and compared the security roles, and they look fine for both users.

However, this specific user is still unable to post the journal. Could you please assist in identifying the cause?

    Alright...

You could check if the assigned worker to the user is correct. Thats a potential pitfall, if user and worker records are fine.

    1. Go to the user and Maintain versions
    2. check if the dates are fine, or if the there is an end date in the past
    3. Click on Person to view the party
    4. Check under roles if that party is linked to the worker, i.e. the account should be worker and have an legal entity assigned. That means, the worker is employed in that company where you are trying to post the route.

If it is not correct, you can delete the person (link) here

And assign the new party record here. If you find multiple records here, you can check the roles for the correct party id

    Kind regards, Adis
