Hoping someone can help. I have successfully setup Business Central MCP and Copilot Studio on one tenant that I manage and it's working well.
But I have another tenant that I believe I've done everything right and copied all settings from the first tenant however I keep getting the following error from Copilot Studio when trying to refresh the tools list.
- Business Central MCP feature enabled
- Business Central MCP Configuration is valid and available
- Business Central - my user has been granted the MCP - Admin permission set
- Copilot Studio license
- Copilot Studio Business Central MCP Tool can find the BC Environment, MCP Configuration, and Company
- No tools discovered: "[{\"jsonrpc\":\"2.0\",\"error\":{\"code\":0,\"message\":\"MCP Server unavailable or could not resolve the url, Please check the configured values or contact your administrator if the problem persists!\"}}]"
