Old onmicrosoft.com domain is deviating the call of Teams (so makes Teams unusable!)

Old onmicrosoft.com domain / address / account is deviating the call of Teams (so unusable!) for a new onmicrosoft.com connected with a new domain. How to get rid of this old address to avoid deviation ?
