Issue with D365 Sales and BC Integration

I'm trying to sync the following records from D365 to BC. However, I'm encountering the following issues,
  1. ITEM UOM - The UOMs are not getting synced to BC.
    • No errors
  2. ITEM-PRODUCT - Not syncing to BC due to an error.
    • The data could not be updated because of the following error: Default Unit {9C888885-88B4-F888-BBD2-6888BDC28E8F} must be coupled to a Dynamics 365 Sales record.
  3. SALESORDER - ORDER - Not syncing to BC.
    • No errors.
  4. UNIT GROUP - Not syncing to BC.
    • No errors.
A brief overview on what I did,
  • I setup the integration between BC and D365 Sales using the Assisted Setup.
  • I've updated the Mappings and Couplings.
  • Ownership is set to Person (Salespeople are coupled)
  • Updated the Direction of the Mappings to FromIntegrationTable (As we need to get the data from D365 Sales)
I'm new with Business Central and I'm not sure what to do to complete this integration setup. I appreciate your help. Thank you!

    Hi,

These sync issues are happening mainly due to missing or incomplete couplings and master data dependencies between D365 and Business Central .
    • ITEM UOM & UNIT GROUP (No errors, not syncing):
These require proper Unit Group and UOM couplings to exist in BC first. If the base Unit Group is not present or coupled, sync will silently fail.
    • ITEM–PRODUCT Error:
The error means the Default Unit is not coupled to a matching D365 record. You must couple the Unit record between BC and D365 before syncing products.
    • SALES ORDER (No errors, not syncing):
Sales Orders depend on successful sync of Customer, Item, UOM, and Unit Group. If any of these are missing or not coupled, the order will not sync.
    What to do next :
    1. Check out all filter i.e. Table/Integration Table filter before sync & remove unwanted condition for filter.
    2. Sync & couple Unit Groups
    3. Sync & couple UOMs
    4. Sync & couple Items/Products
    5. Then sync Sales Orders
Once the dependencies are fixed, all records should start syncing properly.

    Hope this Helps.

    Thanks!
