Can not download symbols.

I am trying to download the symbols of the existing environment, but I am receiving a strange permission error: 
[2025-11-11 14:11:18.90] The request for path /v2.0/develop2/snapshotdebugger/packages?publisher=Microsoft&appName=System&versionText=1.0.0.0&appId=8874ed3a-0643-4247-9ced-7a7002f7135d&tenant=########-####-####-####-############ failed with code Forbidden. Reason: Sie verfügen nicht über die folgende Berechtigung: Snapshot-Debugging
[2025-11-11 14:11:18.90] Could not download reference symbols. Please ensure that:
1. The correct server name and instance are specified in the launch.json file.
2. The correct application version is specified in the app.json file.
3. The dependencies are correctly specified in the app.json file.
But at the same time, the user has super permission and Snapshot-Debugging as well. It is Sandbox environment, maybe someone could help me with this issue. please.

    Does the user have super permissions environment wide? Or for 1 company only? You've hidden the company field in your screenshot so it's hard to tell. The super permission needs to be environment wide so the company field would be blank.

    Hi, hope the following can give you some hints as well.
    Dynamics 365 Business Central: Snapshot Debugging (Debugging in Cloud Production)
     
    Additionally, if you use the launch.json settings from Snapshot Debugging, you might be unable to download Symbols. Try using the normal launch request settings instead.

    Hello,
     
    You’re getting the “Snapshot-Debugging permission” error because Visual Studio Code downloads symbols through the snapshot debugger endpoint, which needs the D365 Snapshot Debug permission set.
    Quick Fix:
    Give your signed-in user the D365 Snapshot Debug permission.
    In VS Code, run AL: Clear credentials cache, then AL: Sign in again.
    Re-download symbols.
    Even if you have SUPER, you still need that specific permission set.

    Hi,
     
    If you need snapshot debugging, Ensure you’re signed in with a user from the tenant (not only a delegated admin).
    Assign the “D365 SNAPSHOT DEBUG”/“Snapshot Debug” permission set and verify feature availability for your geo.
    Try again from a sandbox where snapshot debugging is enabled by Microsoft.
    If it still fails, switch to standard launch for symbols, then publish/debug normally.
