Reg: Register the quantity when first operation is started

Hi,
 
For a Item I1, there are 4 items as components and quantity as 1 each, and the route is configured with three operations. O1, O2 and O3.
The requirement is when first operation O1 is started the quantity of production Item I1 should be changed from Ordered to Registered.
Registration should be done with only license plate(auto number generation).
 
and RAF should be actual posted or convert the transaction from registered to receipt/received when RAF is posted.
 
What configuration should I change for this.
 
Route group is just based on quantity ..

    Hi There,
     
    Looks like you are using WMS app for picking the item for the production. Please do consider the following setup to make the registration work.
     
    You have to play around the settings to make it work as per your requirements.
     
     
     
    Once this is done, set this batch group on the item card for BOM items. 
     
     
     
    Also while using WMS app, we have to  consider the setups on the following form to post the journals. You have to play around with these setups to fulfill your requirements.
