In Item price → Calculate, the dialog keeps defaulting Quantity = 1, so my Formula (which requires From size = 100) doesn’t auto-populate and the calc returns 0. If I change Qty to 100 it works, but next time it’s back to 1. Is this expected? Any way to make it remember the last Qty or auto-use the formula size when only one version applies? Tips to avoid qty=1 runs?

Check on the Item Minimum Order Qty
Product Information Management -- Released Products -- Plan -- Default Order Settings - Minimum Requirement
Make sure you have 100 Qty Minimum in the inventory Fast.
Also As you are using Formula Calculation please make sure Formula Versions are Updated and Route cards enabled on the same which are missing from your snippet.
If you remove the minimum qty in default order settings, then it will change accordingly.
