We are seeing an issue with our D365 > Mulesoft > CRM integration. While everything worked fine in the Sandbox, we are missing events in Production.
For example, we frequently receive the SalesOrderHeader event, but the corresponding SalesOrderLines event, sometimes not arrives. This results in 'ghost' orders in the CRM (headers without lines). D365 seems to be generating them, but Mulesoft isn't detecting them consistently.
Based on your experience, could this be a race condition, a throttling issue in the production environment, or perhaps an issue with how the Mulesoft listener handles high-concurrency events?"
