Excel add-in pops up the error: "Failed to retrieve the server config."

Hi, Guys:
I am not sure if this is the right place to post.
The Excel add-in pops up the error: "Failed to retrieve the server config." when opening the Excel file from "Edit in Excel".
It seems the certificate date is invalid, because there is an ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID error in the debug console.

Has anyone else got the same error ? 

BC SaaS: Version: W1 27.2 (Platform 27.0.45063.0 + Application 27.2.42879.45254)
