Hello,
We have recently started experiencing an issue in Business Central where some Inventory Pick documents remain in the system after posting, and Warehouse Entries are not created. At the same time, Item Ledger Entries are created normally.
This leads to inconsistencies between warehouse bin contents and item ledger quantities, because the item ledger reflects the inventory movement but the warehouse does not.
The situation looks like this:

Inventory Pick is created and processed normally.

During posting, Item Ledger Entries are created.

However, Warehouse Entries are not created.

The Inventory Pick document remains in the system instead of being deleted.
This started happening about a month ago and occurs occasionally, not on every pick.
Somebody have same experience?
