Has anybody had the same problemy yet? After upgrading all our outgoing HttpRequests instantly fail ( not a timeout ) with status 0 . Had to downgrade back to 27.3 where it works.
Based on the error message, it appears to be an error in the SSL certificate or an authentication issue with the API, or a port block by the firewall.
You could check if the API works on the web to rule out any issues.
