v28 - No recurring jobs running after upgrade

Just updated to v28 and all our recurring jobs now do not run on schedule. We can run them manually, but they never trigger.

    Restart of the environment sorted it, jobs came back to live if anyone else has the same issue

    I also faced the same but interestingly not for all the queues for handful of them. I restarted the job queue and it worked. :)
