I have configured SCM agentic AI via the below link with shared email setup.
Set up and configure the Supplier Communications Agent (production ready preview) - Supply Chain Management
There are 2 parts related to this
1) Email is drafted for unconfirmed POs
2) A email is sent to shared email box which has PO details and that PO is showing up in the Agentic Window.

on pt 2 ) It was working fine until couple of days but it has stopped showing me details now , I dont see any log or any troubleshooting way to check why this part of Agentic AI is not working .
The batch job is running fine
It was working previously and now its empty
on dashboard it is still showing the old 3 emails received , but I have already sent around 10 emails from last 2 days which are not showing up here.
Any idea on how to check or troubleshoot the issue would be highly appreciated.
