Is it still in Microsoft's plans to further develop Customer Voice? Its hard to find any info on updates to to it.
Basic features for a survey tool such as sending a reminder email to complete the survey were supposedly in preview in 2021, but even looking at the help post about it people in 2023 were asking when it was being deployed and there have been no updates since.
Would like some clear wording on what is happening to it as we have been telling users to move their surveys to Customer Voice to centralise the data but there is no point in doing so if the platform will not be supported in a couple years time.
Weird seeing that just 3 days ago a post asking this question on reddit was deleted by the mods there.
From the looks of things, Microsoft are just keeping it as a thing to say they have a survey product that integrates with the rest of the Dynamics products but any development on it pretty much stopped 2/3 years ago. Very disappointed with the poor communication on what is happening with the product.
Do they have any Customer Voice subject matter experts employed?
