Deal Flow App - Sandbox - 'Getting Sign in to continue' Pop-up

Hi,
 
When I drill into any of our ongoing deals in the Deal Flow App in our Sandbox and then try and re-assign any outstanding task or Send Reminder, I am immediately greeted with the following message:
 
 
which forces me to sign out and then back in from scratch. (Production and Development editions work fine). Not sure what is going on but any solutions / troubleshooting steps would be greatly apreaicated.
