Customer Payment Receipt - report 211 not searchable

We have used the report Customer Payment Receipt. 

Previously we have been abe to search for Customer Payment Receipt and then the report would appear and we could make the appropriate filters. 
Suddenly it is gone. 

When I look in the Report Layouts it is still there and I am able to run the report from there. Does anyone know how to make it searchable again?
