Configure the Withholding certificate format for Colombia

Hi, my name is Yeison Marín, from Colombia. I have a new project as a functional consultant and I need your help to validate the configuration of the Colombia location withholding certificates, because even though I followed the configuration recommended by Microsoft, when I run the format, the information does not appear.
