Update delivery address/info on a invoiced sales order

Hi all,

Due to an existing bug Details for issue 1108385 our customer have had examples where customers performing purchases without customer account (standard customer) have their orders incorrectly linked to another persons customer account.
We are trying to correct this because customer have a "My page" where customers can see order history and as it is now the customer with a customer account can see delivery info from the order placed by the customer without customer account.

We have updated the delivery information in D365 but can´t get it updated on "My page". This is info is fetched from D365 but not updated.
The orders are all posted and invoiced.

Any tips or ideas how this could be handled?

Hi Chrisstian,

Could you please let us know when you say "My page" where the changes has not been reflected.

Are you using any third party party application?
