Hi Experts,
One of my clients is facing an issue in Microsoft Dynamics NAV related to Interactions from the Contact Card.
Earlier, when generating an Interaction and sending an email from the Contact Card, the Word template/content used to appear directly in the email body.
However, now the system is:
- Sending the content as a Word attachment
- Keeping the email body blank
No major changes were knowingly made from the user side.
We would like to understand:
- What could be the possible reasons for this behavior?
- Which setup/configuration areas should be checked?
- Could this be related to Outlook, Word templates, Interaction Template setup, or any NAV customization?
Any guidance or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
