Hi,

There isn't any feature in business central to Automatically apply the payment in future date invoice. you have to apply it manually while posting the invoice or you can apply afterwards also.

o apply a payment to an invoice when the payment date is earlier than the invoice date, you must first post both the invoice and the payment. After that, apply them to each other in the Customer Ledger Entries.

The system will not allow the application during payment posting because there is validation that requires the payment date to be later than the invoice date.
