Issue with customer creation on sign up + question about TestConnector for demo

Hi everyone,
 
I have two questions regarding my e-commerce setup:
  • When I perform a sign-up, the customer is not being created on the Finance and Operations side. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it?
  • For demo purposes, is the TestConnector sufficient to complete a full purchase flow, or is there anything else required to properly simulate an order?
