Hi Community,

I tried to test the new EPR functionnality, part of the Sustainability extension Use CBAM and EPR calculations | Microsoft Learn

I setup EPR Materials, Item Material Compositions and extra fields on the Item Card (which by the way are not displayed as well as the Sustainability tab)

I created a sales orders and add a sales line for an item setup for EPR calculation and... no EPR fees calculation.

Any clue why calculation does not happen ?

Hello,

EPR fees don’t calculate on Sales Orders.

They only calculate when you post the invoice/credit memo, and only if the Sustainability feature is enabled and the Item’s EPR fields are visible/active.

If the Sustainability tab isn’t showing → the extension/feature isn’t fully enabled → EPR won’t run.

Check feature management to enable it.

Actually, I had checked and the functionnality is installed

And does not appear in Features Management

I found what I miss : you need to check Item Emissions to get Sustainability tab on Item card

Hello Community,

Coming back again on EPR calculations :

I moved on into the process and created a Sales Invoice and nothing happens :

- EPR fieds do not show up in invoice line fields

- No calculation on invoice line nor in Ecxise journal

Did I miss others parameters or processes ?

Is there any learning path ready for CBAM and EPR that i miss ?
