There is a customer Microsoft Dynamics 365 on prime account the problem is cannot link to the LCS and the on project doesn't exist

    Hi,
    It is impossible to deploy the on-prem without connectivity with the LCS. 
    What you are trying to do? Is it first time they are trying to deploy the on-prem Or is it a case, they have deployed the on-prem already, but you cannot see the project? 
    What is the problem?
