Problem Gift Card - Canceling the transaction doesn't erase the amount

Hi everyone,

We have a big problem with our gift card system on MPOS. 

Every time we put an amount in a new gift card, and we cancel the transaction, the amount doesn't disappear

Here an example : 

1. We check the balance in an empty gift card

2. For the same card, we added 50$

3. We cancel the line

4. We cancel the transaction

5. We check the balance again for the same card, and the 50$ is still in there

We talked with Crimson, they have the same setup in hardware profile than us in Dynamics 365, but they doesn't have this problem.

Did you already see that ? Are we missing something ?

    I was unable to replicate this issue either.

    What version are you using? ie 10.0.16

    Hi Todd,

    We are using the version 10.0.16, but we had this problem since the beginning. The version of MPOS is 2021.2.10.2

    Hi Antony,

    In order to trouble shoot this further, please create a new incident with Microsoft as additional information in regard to the environment, etc. is needed.
