Good evening to everyone,
 
I would like to deepend a pretty uncommon topic: SAAS Breaches.
 
during the past days, we encountered a relevant issue regarding the following problem:
 

 
Can you explain me if it is possibile to obtain refunds from Microsoft for this disservice?
