Asset Attachment to show in mobile device on Work order

Hi,

We have tried to find out how to be able to view an attachment that is attached on an asset in the Asset Management mobile device app.

Right now we have attached a file here:

The document type for file looks like this:

We know that it is possible to attach files to an asset and to view them in the asset management mobile device app but we cannot find how?

Right now the app with a work order for this asset says 0 attachments.

Please let us know if you know what we're missing to do here!

Asset Attachment to show in mobile device on Work order

Hi Caroline,

As per the MS article, limitations regarding attachment is mentioned...

.

It says presently attachment option is given on the job details form.. Can you try adding attachments in the jobs form and check here in the app...
