How do I view the bins items were allotted to after I post a purchase invoice?

You can look it up two different ways based on your preference, but they go to the same place.

You could start from the Item List, select the row for the Item you're looking for, then use the Related > Warehouse > Bin Contents to see everywhere that Item is stored.

You could also go directly to Bin Contents from the search bar, then Filter to the Item you are looking for:

If you want to know where a specific Purchase Order's receipt went, you can look at the Posted Purchase Receipt or Registered (Inventory/Warehouse) Put-Away lines to see the Bin Code there as well:
