Premise: We are a consulting and developer of solutions for BC and our consultants were until very recently able to connect to OData feeds through Excel by going through the Get Data->Other sources->OData feed and inserting the URL and subsequently authenticating via Organizational Account. As of lately we are able to authenticate (get a SSO window, login with our company emails) but when we connect to the OData URL we get an error saying that "we couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided". We have GDAP relationships configured to all our clients and we are able to login to our customers environments without issue using our company email.
One of our users gets a "Invalid_grant AADSTS50020" but this is the user that until a month ago had no problem accessing.
The Microsoft documentation regarding the above error is not pertinent (unless this is no longer supported for some reason).
When we login to BC we are authenticated as user_ALongHexNumber . The admin relationships in our partner portal have the following roles assigned: Dynamics 365 administrator, Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator, License administrator.
In BC we mostly have SUPER permission due to the nature of our business, so it is not a permission issue.
My question is: Has this process changed and do we now have to use another route if we wish to create excel reports for our customers or is this only allowed for members of the same tenant?
