We have updated the Appointment Permission  user level Now we want to Show all the Appointments Created in teams Outlook And D365 How can we get All these date

    This requirement touches how meetings are stored across systems, and the key thing to understand in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is:
    • Teams and Outlook meetings are NOT automatically stored in Dataverse unless synced
    How to get ALL meetings (Correct Solutions)

    Server-Side Sync (Recommended)
    Use:
    • Server-Side Synchronization
    Between:
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Microsoft Outlook
    What it does:
    • Syncs appointments, emails, contacts
    • Outlook/Teams meetings → D365 appointments
    Steps:
    • Enable mailbox in D365
    • Configure:
    • Incoming/Outgoing email
    • Appointments = Server-Side Sync
    • Approve + Test mailbox
