ReportI am unable to process the Put operation in the Warehouse Mobile App for one specific work and an error is shown.
During verification, I found that the target license plate already exists in the PRODUCTION location as well.
Done testing : To recover:
- I cancelled the warehouse work.
- I unreserved all quantities from the related sales order lines.
Now the inventory is unreserved, but on-hand still shows the material in a picker location on the same license plate.
Because the license plate appears in multiple locations, I am not able to move or reuse the inventory.
Any guidance would be appreciated to process either put operation or Process movement and further process.
