We are using Dynamics 365 Commerce (online e‑commerce site) and our customer wants to introduce Kit products for the online channel.
We explored the available possibilities and completed the standard kit setup in HQ. Currently, we can see the kit product displayed on the e‑commerce portal, but we are facing the following issues:
- Kit components and their quantities are not visible on the product details page
- The kit product cannot be added to the cart
- Only the main kit product is shown, without component details
Our environment version is 10.0.47.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or successfully implemented kit products in the online store?
Any guidance on required configuration, limitations, or fixes would be greatly appreciated.
