Cannot access Yammer

I cannot access yammer last couple of days. The error is "AADSTS900023: Specified tenant identifier 'dynamicsnavdev' is neither a valid DNS name, nor a valid external domain."
 
is it down or moved?

    Hello,

    Yammer has been replaced by Microsoft Viva Engage.
    The old dynamicsnavdev Yammer tenant was retired.
    You can now access the Business Central partner community through Viva Engage at https://engage.cloud.microsoft
