Auto Charges getting deleted when converting Quote to Sales Order

In F&O --- We have an issue where auto charges fre being deleted from an item when we convert a Quote to a Sales Order. The charges appear on the Quote, but after we convert the Quote to a Sales Order, the charges are not on the item on the  Sales Order.

Has anyone seen this, or does anyone know why this would be happening?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Peter,

I've executed a test in a standard Dynamics environment and in my case the charge has been copied from the quotation to the sales order.

Do you see the same behavior with a manual added charge? Is it in your case a header or line charge?

    Best regards,
    Laurens van der Tang
