I have a requirement for Posting Debtor Payments using General Journals. The users want to be able to select the sub-account linked to the Balancing GL Account. The Balancing GL Accounts have multiple sub-accounts linked to them e.g. 510050 linked to sub-accounts 5AAA , 5BBBB, 5CCCC etc.. When user picks up the GL account 510050, the next option should be to select from the linked sub-accounts.

Please can you assist or propose another option of handling the Balancing GL Account and the coresrponding sub-accounts.

As far as I know, standards cannot achieve this; it can only be done through customization.

PS: Dynamics 365 Business Central: Can we extend TableRelation Property through a table extension??? (Yes, But…)
