How to add a field to the Customer approval list

Hi,
 
I need to add fields 'Price' and 'Line discount' to the customer approval workflow. These fields do not exist in the standard Customer approval list.
Is it possible to add them to the list without development (I mean customization)?

    I understand the requirement is really genuine and could have been out of box, but it is not out of box available.
