Promoted fields on Mobile device – Serial & Batch not prompting during Select quantity

Hi Team,

I want to prompt Serial and Batch during the “Select quantity” step on the Warehouse mobile device so that the worker can clearly see and register the serial or batch number at the time of item registration.

This is especially important for batch-controlled items, because we are planning to use mixed license plates, and the worker should be aware of which serial or batch is being registered while entering the quantity.

I have already checked the following:

  • Batch number group and Serial number group are assigned on the released product.
  • Batch and Serial number added on the purchase order line.
However, these fields are still not prompting or displaying on the mobile device during registration. Does anyone know which setup controls the Batch and Serial number prompts on the mobile device?

    Can you check if the below setup is done. If not, try with below setup.

    Under the Mobile device Menu, in the PO Receive menu > Work Confirmation setup.
    Work Type: Pick
    Batch Confirmation: Yes
    Serial Confirmation: Yes

    I checked the batch/serial confirmation settings from the menu, but they are still not appearing. The confirmation is not being driven from those confirmation steps
