    In Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, it is possible to access table data directly by modifying the URL to include the desired table name. This method is applicable across all environment tiers—Development, SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production—and functions consistently regardless of the environment classification (T1, T2, or T3).
     
    Step 1 : 

    To identify the underlying table associated with a form in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, one can examine the form's data source configuration. In this instance, the focus will be on the PurchTable, which serves as the primary data source for the Purchase Order form.

    Step 2: Opening this table in the d365 table browser 
    https://EnvironmentURL/?mi=SysTableBrowser&cmp=IN65&TableName=PurchTable
