Hello Everyone ! i used basic d365  permission set to restrict the user  but it allows me to enter in item card while customer ,vendor and item have have same access 

can anyone help me?

    Please use LOGIN Permission set to grant only login to BC.

    Hi James ,

    What version of BC You Are Working on , Cloud Or On-Premise ?

    Because The Basic Permission Set Only have an effect on On-Premise not on the Cloud Version.

    BASIC Grants Read access to almost all application tables and all system tables.

    The main purpose of this permission set is to enable the service to open and show all pages.

    Note: This permission set is available only for Business Central on-premises.
