Error BC 26.4 when trying the "Inspect Page" and the "Personalize" option, it never loads since 09/16/20205
 
Until September 15, 2025, this problem did not occur.

As of September 16, 2020, this problem has occurred.

I have super user permissions.

I've tried different browsers.

I've updated to version 26.5 and the same error occurs.

This issue is very concerning; Microsoft is not responding.

I appreciate your prompt support.
