I would try adding /connectivity to the end of your url for Business Central like this: https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/tenant_id/environment_name/connectivity
Then select "Start the check":
I have noticed a bit of slow down from BC today. You can also try clearing your cookies and cache and that may help. Trying to login from an incognito or private window has also been a way in the past I have fixed login issues.
