Hi,

Can you give us a bit more detail on where exactly you're seeing the Item description missing? Which page or report are you looking at?Just to check - if you open the Item Card directly and drill down (inquire) into the item, does the Item Description show up there? On BC 27.3, the description field should display on the Item Card itself.
