BLOCKED dimensions, NO show on transaction pull down

As projects are completed we block that dimension, yet it still shows when the operator is keying transactions...but errors out when chosen.
 
SAVE A FEW CLICKS and make blocked dimensions NOT show on transaction pull downs, but leave them showing for reporting purposes.
