Data Sync not scheduling a Job

Hi Community,

I followed the article below to synchronize data from a standard Business Central table with a custom Microsoft CRM table. While I was able to complete all the steps successfully, I noticed that no job is being created that I can schedule to run the integration automatically daily.

Currently, I have to trigger the sync manually whenever I need to update the data between the two systems. In contrast, the standard tables are automatically synchronized once the Dataverse connection is set up, and I can see their corresponding jobs listed in the Job Queue Entries, running on a daily schedule.

Could you please advise if I am missing a configuration step, or if there is a way to set up an automated job for custom table synchronization?

    When synchronizing a custom Business Central table with a custom Microsoft CRM table, the automatic Job Queue entries are not created by default like they are for standard tables. This is expected behavior, since the sync jobs are generated by the integration setup templates only for predefined entities. For custom tables, you need to create your own job queue entry manually in BC and point it to run the CRM Integration Synchronize Job codeunit (or your custom sync codeunit, depending on your implementation). You can then define the recurrence (daily, hourly, etc.) to automate the synchronization. Alternatively, you may extend the standard integration framework with a custom synchronization setup record so that BC generates the job entry in the same way it does for standard tables.
