Dear Microsoft Support Team,
We are using your product Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and are currently unable to raise a support ticket due to the requirement of a Premier Access ID.
Request you to kindly check the attached mail trail and provide us with the necessary credentials, specifically:
Premier Access ID
Contract ID / Password
 
Also, please let us know if there is any alternative way to raise a support ticket without these IDs.
Your prompt assistance on this matter will be highly appreciated.

We are now facing a critical issue in our Production Environment. Specifically, we are unable to copy a company due to the specified threshold limit (06:00:00). Below are the error details:
Error Message:
The operation has been canceled because it took longer to generate rows than the specified threshold (06:00:00). Refine your filters to include less data and try again.

    For the error "The operation has been canceled because it took longer to generate rows than the specified threshold (06:00:00)", there are some temporary solutions: poor bunny
    1. Narrow the data scope: When copying a company, filter the data (e.g., do not copy the entire transaction history or large tables) to shorten the processing time.
    2. Use the RapidStart Package: Export the configuration data and import it into the new company instead of using the direct copy function.
    3. Try running at off-peak hours: When the system is less loaded, the processing time may improve.

    Hi,
    would be great if You could specify when this error appears? As it states in the error message - You are trying to process/generate some kind of lines, and it takes more than 6 hours to complete, therefor the process times out.
