In Copilot Studio, I keep getting the error  when im trying to set it up for my customer
We couldn’t find the resource you requested. This may happen if the item was deleted, renamed, or is still syncing. Please check the resource and try again later.
"[{\"jsonrpc\":\"2.0\",\"error\":{\"code\":502,\"message\":\"BadGateway\"}}]" when I try to add tools. Any idea how I can resolve this issue so I can connect Business Central and Copilot Studio for my customer?

When I try to set up my own CDX environment, connecting Business Central to Copilot Studio works fine. However, when I try in my customer’s environment, this error keeps appearing. Could it be due to some restrictions in their Entra setup?

    Hello,

I think you have some Permission or Consent Issue.

    You can refer to:https://youtu.be/MRAQIpbuzXU?si=yXLa6Rq5rrMUMnJO

    Thanks for your reply.

Yes, it is enabled for all users in Feature Management.

And the user in Business Central has the necessary permissions.

If I try to use “Find records” and add, for example, Location, the solution works fine and connects to Business Central.

I have followed the setup, and as mentioned, it works as expected in my own test environment. However, when I try to connect via my customer’s Business Central, the error unfortunately keeps occurring.
