You are trying to create a new import map with a name that already exists in the system.
Why this happens
This usually occurs when:
You previously imported a file with the same file name
The import was cancelled or failed
CRM saved the data map, but didn’t reuse it
You try importing again with the same mapping name.
Fix Options:
1. Use an existing data map
During the import wizard:
2. Rename the data map during import
3. Delete the old data map
If the old map is no longer needed:
Settings → Data Management → Data Maps
